When travelers to Italy hear the word "museum", we typically think of walking along velvet rope-lines through hallways on old tile floors, admiring paintings, sculpture, and other artwork and artifacts from throughout history. But a stuffed alligator? Lakota moccasins? Salami? A 150-year-old shovel?
