Join us as we try something unusual: we spend an entire week in a castle! We have rented out Rincolisky Castle, on Roaring Water Bay in County Cork. We splurged on this elaborate place to stay, so we will be saving on our food budget by shopping and cooking from farmer's markets. In County Cork in summer this is no hardship! Cork's foodie culture is alive and well and locally sourced, affordable food is easy to come by.
